When accessing cPanel, WHM & webmail at times you get a error as below. Performing upcp OR performing a startup command (/usr/local/cpanel/startup) does not helps.

What you just need to do is restart cPanel on the server with command below. This will fix the errors you receive in cPanel, WHM & webmail.
service cpanel restart
OR
/etc/init.d/cpanel restart
